Hi! I'm Desiree, a Conscious Coach, Consultant, and Wellness Expert. I help women reduce anxiety, worry, and confusion to reclaim peace of mind. With that I suffered from several mental health disorders and self-destructive behaviours, trying to hide from the shame and self-hate that tortured me. All of this began to change when I found the courage to face the past and the harmful ways of coping. I provide strategies to reduce the mental and emotional confusion, chaos, and irritability that gets out of control when life gets busy or stressful or when you struggle with old habits.
