Hi you guys & welcome to my channel! My channel is all about me sharing my weight loss journey that I embarked on Dec of 2019. My weight was 228 pounds and I made a huge lifestyle change in how and what I put in my body. I began doing KETO & LOW CARB and it has completely changed my life for the better. I incorporated fitness into my lifestyle change and that has also maximized my weight loss. I struggled for YEARS with my weight and when I started Keto/Low carb, I couldn't believe how it just melted my weight off. I share many many Low carb & keto meals, What I eat in a day to lose and maintain my weight loss, realistic and easy meals everyone can make and I also love to share my family with you all. I've created so many great friendships thought YouTube that I am SO BEYOND grateful for. Thank you guys so watching, loving and supporting me. ??
