Channels With The Least Subscribers

Plenty of YouTube channels have only one or two subscribers - every channel has to start somewhere. However, this list shows the YouTube channels in FindAChannel's index that have the least subscribers compared to their number of videos. Please do admire their persistence and also subscribe to their channels - you'll really make their day!

We also have a list of the channels with the most subscribers.

How can channels grow their subscribers? Here are some tips:

  1. Pick a topic somebody else will be interested in, then make interesting videos about it.
  2. Use our YouTube channel SEO tool to ensure your channel is optimised for search engines - particularly if you're vlogging in a competitive niche.
  3. Videos where people can see your face will generally get more views (and hence subscribers).
  4. Embed your videos in your blog or other website (and turn on the setting that allows other people to embed your videos in their sites.
  5. One channel one topic is a good golden rule. I won't subscribe to your channel if you have one video I'm interested in and the rest are about some completely different topic.
  6. Although people often look on YouTube for business topics, it is primarily a medium for entertainment. If you look at our list of the most viewed channels they are heavily weighted towards gaming and other forms of entertainment.
  7. When you're making your video, remember to ask people to subscribe to your channel. It's a simple trick, but it works.
  8. Post content on a regular basis.
  9. Provide content that is useful. For example 'how to' videos are very popular in the DIY, gardening and cooking niches.
  10. Add your channel to our submit channel page and you might get some subscribers from our catalogue of YouTube channels!
