I'm a former physicist who fixed my brain with food, and switched career. I'm now a metabolic mental health coach. I was really ill from childhood. I had multiple surgeries for autoimmune issues, struggled with my weight, beat cancer, and had mental health problems, including anxiety and ADHD diagnoses. I despaired, but a last ditch experiment with diet fixed my chronic health problems. I was so amazed with the transformation that I switched career to share the wonders of metabolic intervention that I experienced!
