Amanda Brooks is the woman behind RunToTheFinish.com a place to find researched running tips, sports nutrition and injury prevention. After starting to run in 2002, she put her journalism degree to work creating the website in 2007 and hasn't stopped creating content since then. Over 2000 blog posts later, she's also a certified personal trainer and running coach.
