I started YouTube in 2008 as a way to lose weight and share my journey. I lost 70 lbs with a healthy low-calorie diet and hit my goal in 2009. Had some ups and downs in between, then left YouTube, had two babies, and tried several times to come back to YouTube but life got in the way. I keep this channel online to preserve the history and because my old videos continue to be a source of inspiration to new dieters around the world.
