Hi everyone, I am Andy, a Mandarin teacher, and Chinese linguist. I got a master of applied linguistics at East China Normal University in Shanghai. I've been teaching Chinese for 13 years. Whenever my students ask me questions, I try to give them my best answers instead of "that's the way in Chinese", "don't ask why", or "just memorize the rules".
