This channel started as my ambitious pursuit to stop saying "one day" and start chasing my wilderness passion! Now, learning as I go, I'm passionate about sharing the experience I've gathered along the way. The backcountry is for everybody and life is richer when we get outdoors. So with the goal of getting beginners backpacking, I offer the tips, tools , tricks and stories we all need to be "Backcountry Forward!" Being "backcountry forward" is all about pursuing our "wildhood": the wilderness dreams and ambitions we've had since childhood! Whether it's a short reprieve from the "9 to 5" or the trip of a lifetime, when we live "backcountry forward" we learn to live for adventure and embrace the wild side of life!
