Hi, I am Jonathan Allen, Amateur boxer and boxing coach from Canada. Whether you are an upcoming amateur fighter, an advance boxer or simply someone who likes to stay fit thru boxing, this channel was created to motivate you in order to get you in the greatest shape possible. I am are currently putting put together cardio-box routines, training drills, HIIT routines, and fighting training routines for a full at home workout session with bodyweight or minimal equipment. Boxing is one of the most effective, concise ways to get in shape and maintain your physical health. Furthermore, if you’re hoping to get in great shape and improve your boxing level for athletic performance, this channel will be for you! I believe that Boxing Ready will provide fighter with the foundation to building strength, speed, agility, hand-eye coordination, endurance, stamina, power, (just to name several required attributes) that you need to perform in a competitive combat sport event.
