Welcome to the Carnival's Independent Advisor Team Training Resource Center. The mission of the CIAT is to navigate independent agent partners to success through specialized training, communications and resources. The newly formed team led by Senior Sales Director Alicia Steuart and Director of CIAT Kirsten Sanchez will be supported by the Mayor of Funville, Drew Santiago and the Directors of our New Business Development Team Kathy Donnelly and Irene Gawdzik-Ayala. The CIAT Team's goal is developing new methods to mentor and inspire the home-based travel advisor community. Together we provide product and GoCCL training, while sharing sales knowledge, resources and group ideas to help agents grow and become more successful and productive.
