A native of the DC metropolitan area, Chef Anthony’s life is a testament to perseverance and a commitment to making the best out of every situation, regardless of the circumstance. Chef Anthony’s journey through food was propelled in 2006 when he was diagnosed with Arteriovenous Malformation, a rare, life-threatening brain condition. He was able to get back on the right side of his health after a risky surgery, and he attributes much of his great health and lack of recurring symptoms to eating nutritious food.
