As a lover of refined sugar and carbohydrates, I indulged in sweet treats and carb filled foods without much thought. However, over time, my health started to decline, and I became concerned about my well-being. Frequent energy crashes, weight gain, age, and other health issues prompted me to seek a solution. After some research, I rediscovered the ketogenic diet a low-carb, high-fat lifestyle. I decided to give it a try, for me it was worth the sacrifice and I soon found it was very sustainable. I lost over 50 pounds in three months and over 85 in the first six month. The transformation was remarkable, and the most exciting thing is I’ve been able to maintain this weight since 2019.
