My name is Christina and in January 2016 I weighed 118kg or 261lbs. I was morbidly obese and in danger of dying. After 1 year on a ketogenic diet I've lost over 105lbs and completely reversed PCOS. Unlike other weight loss coaches out there I've been morbidly obese and been through the weight loss journey. I know the pain and the struggles of living as an obese person and what it takes to get through the weight loss journey. Today I spend my life coaching women on how to overcome Emotional Eating and Self-Sabotage to have easy and lasting weight loss no matter what plan they follow.
