I make fanmade music videos & edits to trap, remix & mash-up versions of Lana Del Rey songs. I started this channel because I used to ride home on the bus and ride past the swamps, the trailer parks, run-down businesses, and literally escape in the world of trap remixes. Before I found trap I found Lana Del Rey's music and her lyrics and music really spoke to me. So when I found out people on SoundCloud made trap remixes of LDR songs I listened to EVERY single one, some good, some not so good. And I would just escape to a place far away in my mind. Often times I would wish I could snapshot images and videos of what I saw in real life and in my imagination and combine them into videos for these songs. When I saw the huge community fan-made music videos had I knew this was my place to express myself. It has been a long journey and sometimes discouraging but for those of you who know me as ConeyIslandQueen, you are why I keep it going. Glad to be back.
