I created this channel in the Autumn of 2015 with the vision of sharing the various "tips, tricks and techniques" that I've picked up throughout the years of professional cooking from "kappo" style through to "Kaiseki" style of traditional Japanese cuisine???????????? As well sharing the many restaurant recipes that I've learnt in the various kitchens from Tokyo ???? to London ????, I'll also be sharing with you the many home cooked recipes that I've loved cooking and eating myself at home with my family.
