Hi friends- My name is Dena Keasler Altman. I’m an organic gardener, breast cancer survivor, EX Body Builder, mother to one daughter, and animal loving pug mama. I’m on a journey after losing my mother to cancer 3 years ago. I became very depressed after that and I knew what I needed, and that was to get back to nature. It heals everything. My metabolism also changed after extreme dieting before competing as an NPC bikini competitor. I was proud accomplishing what I did but knew I couldn’t live like that forever. I was eating tons of protein and veggies, but wanted to know where my veggies were coming from. No chemicals for me! I still have fitness goals but doing more outside in nature. I hope to make a new family here, inspire and grow with others, and share my life with all of you!
