She continues to work as a senior clinical dietitian in an acute hospital in Dublin, Ireland. Over the course of her clinical career, she has worked in acute hospitals, rehabilitation hospitals and long-term care settings throughout Dublin and Ireland. Along-side her hospital-based clinical role, Didi currently provides a private dietetic clinic in Dublin once a week.
