My name is Doug Swift and I love Kung Fu!!!! I make youtube videos all about my Kung Fu training, my trips to China to train, training with friends and okay you've guessed lots of Kung fu training. I have practiced Martial Arts for over 30 years and about 12 years ago finally settled with Shaolin Kung Fu. I lived in China for 3 years, where I got to visit and train at the Shaolin Temple many times. I return whenever I can and as often as I can. A long term back injury and 2 back operations keep me on a gentle martial arts road and I concentrate my training on health, strength, flexibility and movement. The Doug Swift Loves Kung Fu Youtube Channel is all about enjoying Kung Fu, loving Kung Fu and training Kung Fu as much as possible. I hope to bring my kung fu life and my love of Kung Fu to the channel and get to see the people I train with, hang out with and travel to China with to train more Kung Fu.
