Hi, my name is Dr Terry and I'm an Integrative Skin & Hormone Doctor. I’ve been supporting women for almost 20 years to feel more confident in their skin by being in tune with their hormones and energy. I love learning about the workings of the mind, body and emotions & how it reflects on our skin. On my channel, I’ll be sharing my knowledge, experience & insights on holistic skin health & hormonal balance as a practitioner and someone who has healed from troubled skin & imbalance hormones. As a woman who's been through her share of traumatic events, I will also be sharing stories particularly recovering from burnout, self-discovery, self-reliance and self-love. Apart from being a doctor, I’m also a trainer and mentor in aesthetic medicine, helping practitioners build a successful and sustainable practice that aligns with their life goals.
