After overcoming my own struggles with eating disorders, poor body image and unhealthy lifestyle habits, I have made it my mission to help others realize the innate power and wisdom of their own bodies so they can experience the positive impact that a healthy diet and lifestyle have on their overall health and well-being. I wholeheartedly believe that with a little information, patience, motivation, inspiration, guidance and accountability we can begin to properly nourish our bodies, shift our habits and create daily routines that will restore our body's natural ability to thrive so that is can start working for us rather than against us.
