I’ve worked long hours, created my own material, learned how to anticipate my students’ doubts and crafted my own teaching techniques. I’ve specialized in official exam preparation, became an official examiner, TOEFL TCA, and taught English at the University. It’s been thirteen years and I’m still learning ESL tricks, but what has never changed is the love and respect I have for my students. I teach English, but ultimately, they’re the ones educating me every single day. Teachers are simply soldiers of a different fabric and what drives us all is the feeling that, in Nelson Mandela’s words, “Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” And every effort is worth it because everything begins and ends with education. This channel was born in response to the Coronavirus pandemic for my students to keep practicing in order to achieve their ESL goals.
