Instead, I am just a guy who shares what I have learned from being diagnosed with ADHD, PTSD, GAD, MDD, Lost a Wife, and Father to suicide attempted myself in 2018, struggle with self-harm, see a therapist, take meds, work through body image issues along with being a recovering alcohol and cocaine addict.
