Hi, my name is Jeff, and I've had a checkered past with the scale - sound familiar? Although I've never technically reached "obesity", I was overweight for 20+ years. After trying nearly every diet I had ever heard of, I finally found a system that is working for me, and that can be the long-term lifestyle that I've been looking for. This channel is all about sharing the things I've learned along the way, in hopes that I'm able to help, encourage, share, and inspire others to improve their health. ***I am not a doctor, nurse, nutritionist, or trained as a medical professional in any way.
