When you have a health scare or what many would define as a ‘wakeup call’, you have this beautiful realization of what's truly important to you in every facet of your life. It’s as if your body and mind get a chance to speak up, knowing that now, you are ready to listen. Ive had two major 'wake up calls', the most recent in November 23 when a large tumour was removed from my abdomen. If you too are on a cancer journey, you may find my journey of interest. I have not gone down the traditional western medicine route of healing and instead sought ways to detoxify the body and enable my own body's natural healing mechanism.
