Pain sucks! My name is Dr. Carl Baird and I help adults 40+ solve chronic joint pain, keep active, and maintain their lifestyle as they get older. Over the course of my career I've seen firsthand the life changing impacts that strength training can have on people’s lives. The truth is that too many adults are being limited by joint pain and being told ‘it’s part of getting older’. They’re living with pain that makes it hard to truly enjoy the beautiful world that we live in. My educational, strength based approach to medicine has helped 1000's of people worldwide maintain their lifestyle as they get older. My mission has always been to help my community build the strength and confidence to live active, healthy and happy lives.
