If you are looking to get fit and have some fun, this channel is for you. I bring you an assortment of free creative home workouts in various formats of aquatic exercises, plus some land based. Different workouts and equipment...something for everyone. Coach Stacy is an experienced Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Instructor who structures workouts to fit multiple levels, beginners to more advanced. Any abilities can join in, with doctor approval first. Together, we will workout to get stronger, healthier and more balanced. FIIT stands for "Fitness In It Together". It is my goal to help get people introduced into exercise in a safe, fun manner so that you enjoy movement and look forward to making it part of your daily life. Between being accessible online through my facebook and my daily classes, I like to keep a repertoire with "my fitness friends and family". I am not about being "perfect", but about being human.
