Hi i'm Tommy and live in ayrshire Scotland.I am an ambassador for b-eat and See Me Scotland and MaleVoicED which are the eating disorder and mental health charities here in U.K. I am a certified personal trainer and a BTN certified nutritionist and eating disorder therapist, . I cover my health journey from a past of ED and as an ex vegan following health issues, and life with my wife and our fur family, as well as fitness ,nutrition and fun reaction videos .
