This channel is dedicated to helping people get sober, stay sober and overcome any other issues that may be holding them back from living their best life. Often individuals become dependant on substances because they are using substances to treat underlying issues; such as anxiety, depression, ptsd, trauma or other mental health issues. This was definitely true for me, yet I was able to successfully recover and I am now healthier, stronger and more resilient than ever before. Meditation has been a huge component to my successful recovery, and continues to be a source of daily strenghth and resilience. Ultimately, this led me to begin creating my own meditations; a variety of which you'll find on this channel. I hope you'll find something that gives you more strength and resilience.
