I share my FULL workouts and break them down into full body, booty workout, upper body, arm workouts, etc showing the exercise name, reps/sets, with a voiceover explaining the workouts! I also share healthy recipes, diet tricks, how to create meal/workout plans, supplement advice, fat loss advice, home workouts, gym workouts, building the booty, meal prepping, my personal life, building my business (buffbunny collection), family, boyfriend, and so much more.
