Many Horses are in pain, CRY in silence ask for help, but not get the help they need. Horses are used as objects, more than an animal with real emotions. Your horse is your mirror. Let me ask you this, does your horse come willingly to you? Or, do you find yourself chasing it with a bucket with food to catch it? A relaxed horse is willing and paying attention to you, it wants the same as you. A stressed horse runs away from you. Horses talk all the time I'm here to help.
