On this channel I teach you communication skills so you can improve your relationships, advance in your career, and have more confidence. I focus on a wide variety of basic communication skills, including empathy, persuasion, comforting, listening, public speaking, presentation skiils, giving advice, avoiding misunderstanding, leading teleconferences, etc. I am a college professor and research scientist, so my advice is evidence based. I am also a teacher and consultant who has trained thousands of professionals on how to communicate more effectively.
