Hi! I post fun, follow-along workouts so you can improve your strength and flexibility from anywhere. I like a mix of barre, simple strength training (basic equipment like dumbbells or kettlebells), and stretching. I FREAKING LOVE TO MOVE, so I hope that my enthusiasm can rub off on you a little bit to bring joy instead of duty to this practice! I am a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and pre-natal specialist with over 10 years of experience in the industry. I'm also a busy mom of two little girls (with another baby on the way), and I want to be the strongest, healthiest version of myself; both for them and for my own happiness (aka sanity.)
