I've had a successful career as an engineer and manager. I loved my job. I chose to retire at the age of 54 — 6 years ago. Why? I've discovered I am a teacher and coach at heart. My hope is to help others succeed by telling my journey - the good, bad, and the ugly. Failure, pain and fear can be averted by learning from others resulting in the confidence to retire.
