Hi Friend! I’m Kait and I’ve been teaching for over 20 years! I truly love helping you move your body! My style is a combination of everything I have learned over the years. I really don’t stick with one modality. Even though many of my videos are titled “Pilates,” you’ll often see several other modalities woven in. I think that’s what attracts so many to my classes! I am not dogmatic! If something doesn’t feel good in your body, I say, “don’t do it!” I want you to feel good! Powerful! Strong! Beautiful!
