Food has always been at the centre of my world. With both parents as chefs, I grew up in the kitchen, learning how raw ingredients transform into delicious meals. The first recipe I mastered was bechamel sauce, which I immediately enhanced with lots of cheese, reflecting my indulgent cooking style. I combined my love for food and interest in social media when managing YouTube for Jamie Oliver. His cookery show was the first I watched, his cookbook the first I owned, and he remains a major culinary inspiration for me. My goal is to create delightful dishes quickly and easily. You don’t need a deep mastery of classic techniques; you need straightforward instructions, helpful shortcuts, and a passion for making crave-worthy food. Food has the power to bring people together.
