Hi!??I'm Alex, a certified mat Pilates instructor. I've created this channel to guide viewers through challenging and effective at-home Pilates workouts. I absolutely love the way that Pilates makes my body feel and I want YOU to enjoy the same benefits! I believe that in order to get the most out of Pilates practise, we need clear instruction, cues to keep our form on track and encouragement and motivation.
