Hi! I'm "JT" Jared Taylor. I make videos about longevity, healthspan, and other health wellness and fitness related topics. I started a low carb ketogenic diet back in 2018. At the time I was training to run across the Grand Canyon and back again. I wanted to become "fat adapted". It worked. I experienced many other benefits and eventually became a certified keto coach. I started this channel to help others experience similar benefits. Little did I know about the biggest benefit of all. Keto actually reversed my biological age by 9 years! (Along with exercise of course.) That led to an interest in the world of longevity and particularly healthspan. And that's what this channel is all about.
