Combining experience in Naturopathy and Kundalini Yoga, Sat Dharam teaches a variety of intensive yoga-based programs developed to train teachers and allow them to specialize in teaching Kundalini Yoga for specific applications. These programs include Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training Level 1, Level 2, Level 3 and her own specialty programs including Beyond Addiction: The Yogic Path to Recovery, The Healthy Breast Program and the Four Season Yoga Cleanse. Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic system combining breathing, movement, stretching, postures, meditation, the use of sound and rhythm, relaxation and meditation. Each class includes pranayam, a sequence of postures for specific effects, relaxation and meditation. Kundalini Yoga was brought to North America by Yogi Bhajan in 1968, but has evolved over thousands of years, originating in India. As there are a wide variety of exercises and meditations utilized in Kundalini Yoga, it can be adapted to address many specific health applications.
