Lifting and flexible dieting with macros can improve your health at any age! Hi! I'm Tammy! I am a retired high school teacher* who's health fell to the bottom of the to-do list. Doctors said "change or die early". So I had to deal with it. I set a big, scary goal to compete as a bodybuilder by age 50. Always wanted to do it, so I thought it would be a fun journey to take. And when it wasn't fun, my discipline to achieve a goal would pull me through. You may not want to compete, but I bet you'd like to feel better, have more energy, be a little stronger, and feel a little more badass! *UPDATE: Teacher shortage, so I came out of retirement to go back into classroom.I'm not making new videos for this channel.
