Started My Journey 10/2/2011 300 LBS Lost 79.8# but over the years I allowed old habits to return and regained 52.8#, I restarted many times over as I never actually gave up completely. I managed to stay in the low 270's and bounced down to the 260's but struggled for the last year or so in the 260's. Jan 1st, 2016 I restarted again at 271.4# this time I started on Keto. Come Lose with me! Random rants, weight-loss advice *from personal experience, figure-friendly cooking videos, general gibberish, my random funny furred and feathered family, Occasional Product Reviews and much more.
