Hey friends, I am Alexa your certified, Classical Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer. I have been in Fitness, health and wellness for 20 years. My passion is helping you find your healthiest and best self through Pilates. I came to Pilates after years of high impact training formats that wore out my joints and had my body in a state of constant inflammation. Back/knee pain was my normal. Finding Pilates taught me that you workout does not have to wear you out. Why classical Pilates? Simply put, it works!
