Every decision to work with someone carries risk, and a strong reputation reduces that risk by removing friction and unanswered questions. For the past two decades, I’ve helped people and organisations shape that reputation with intention. Not by chasing trends, but by doing the work that builds trust over time. My background is in design, but my obsession is the economics of reputation: how trust actually works, why it compounds, and why some people get easier yeses than others. Today, I help creative people grow using a reputation-first operating system. Simple frameworks. Clear steps. No shouting.
