Hi! My name is Bree, you may know me as Low Carb Mama or MamaCookslowcarb on my other socials. I create videos with a focus on high protein/Low carb recipes, health, and Fitness. I am married to my husband Tyler and together we have two beautiful daughters. Food, health, and fitness have become a huge passion in my life, but I try to sprinkle in lots of silliness when I can. I definitely don't take myself too seriously around here. I started out eating low carb as a way to keep my autoimmune disease behaved, but as I've continued eating low carb, focusing on protein, and adding in exercise into my daily life, I have changed my body composition, as well as my mindset towards this lifestyle. I truly enjoy it! I have lost about 40 lbs as a result of this lifestyle and now I aim to build muscle and always push myself further. My goal is to always stay true to myself, and have fun while doing so!
