My mission is to help people love well, lead well, and be well. I'm married to James, my favorite human on the planet, and I'm currently studying to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP). I am currently healing from pretty significant health issues -- chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia which I now know is mostly due to mold, chemical, and some heavy metal toxicity. I am working hard to heal my body through nutrition, supplementation, detoxification, self-directed neuroplasticity, and a whole lot more. I am making so much progress, and am so honored to get to share what I'm learning with you.
