I’m Marissa! A mom to 3 boys and I’m passionate about budgeting for our family! My husband and I got married right out of college and had $87,000 of student loan debt. We had dreams for our future which included having a house and a family and we knew we couldn't do it all with so much debt. So we decided to start a budget and make some sacrifices, and within 2.5 years, we became debt-free! Since then, we've saved for an emergency fund, upgraded our cars and bought a house all thanks to budgeting. I love budgeting because it gives you the permission to spend on things that are important to you all while still working on your financial goals.
