Meditation for the Soul is for anyone that would like to use our music for Meditation or relaxation or even yoga. Listen to the smooth and relaxing music to set your mind and soul at a state of calmness. You can meditate in front of the river, on the beach or in the middle of a waterfall. You can lie down, sit against a wall, sit on a stand, sit in a chair, or even meditate in restorative poses. You can also practice meditation while sitting on the balcony or when you are about to sleep in bed. Meditation not only relaxes your body for sleep, but it also helps you deal with a busy mind that keeps you awake at night with worries and thoughts. Meditation helps you train your mind to let go of thoughts and find more peace and equanimity.
