When I first became a mom, it was nothing like I expected. Overwhelmed by my corporate career and raising two boys, I felt triggered, angry, threatening punishment, and yelling at my boys all the time. I didn't understand why they wouldn't listen or why I was so mad. Nothing I tried seemed to get them to listen, cooperate or change their behavior. I felt so lost and ashamed. It wasn't until I found Peaceful Parenting, and got the help I needed from a Parent Coach, that I finally learned how to connect with my boys, understand their behavior and heal the anger and triggers in myself. As a Certified Parent Coach, and Parenting Expert, It’s my mission to help you go from feeling frustrated, powerless, and worried about how you kids are going to turn out… to knowing what to say and do with every parenting challenge, with calm and confidence so you can have the and cooperation you want and build the relationship with your children that leads to a lifetime of connection.
