Our channel is about promoting a whole food plant based life style for those who want to live a long healthy life free of prescription medications. Our videos will showcase healthy meals and narratives about our journey to reverse diabetes, heart disease, overcome obesity and prevention of cancer and other health related illnesses which plague our society. Our goal is to share our stories with others to help them reverse diseases through the use of food. We have learned though eating a whole food plant based diet, the aches and pains that come with getting older (back, knee, hip and joint pains) can disappear and go away leaving you feeling vibrant, alive and energetic.
