My name is Mike and I have been working in the fitness industry and higher education as a professor of Exercise Science for my whole adult life. I consider fitness one of my creative outlets to learn what I can and then make it my own. Hybrid resistance training is all about this mindset. I try to make the content here accessible to everyone and unique with products that I feature. I'm also a lifelong "natural" resistance training advocate.
