Hi there! Thank you for visiting this channel. My name is Robin Schindelka, a 22 year old Belgian student and coach. I used to struggle a lot with mental issues such as eating disorders, anxiety and depression. Suffering mentally was a big part of my youth, but luckily enough I found a way out. By entering the world of mindfulness and as I like to call it ‘down to earth spirituality’, I found my way out of my mental struggles and intro a beautiful world full of happiness and love. That’s why I have decided to create this channel. I want to share my experiences of overcoming anxiety, eating disorders, depression and self-doubt with you so that you can find the tools you need inside of yourself to cope with life and set your mind straight. The things I will talk about will be mindfulness, meditation, overcoming my storms, how I successfully use the law of attraction, how to gain more self-love, and so many other topics.
